We hosted a wedding rehearsal party in our downstairs dining room.
On Sunday we welcomed Fathers families alike as we launched our new outdoor patio!

The Old Port Festival
Thanks to everyone who came out and enjoyed food and drink at White Cap Grille this Sunday at the 40th Old Port Festival. We are thankful to have such an amazing staff that worked so hard to ensure guests had a great time! It was a long day for all but a perfect sunny day, not too hot, not too cold-and unlike most festivals, NO RAIN!!!

What's Happening this week June 3-9th!
This week at White Cap we start out the week with our $10 coupon for our frequent diner members. The coupon will take $10 off your meal from today through June 6th. If you'd like to become a frequent diner member then sign up using this link:

On Friday, June 7th we'll be open as usual for Portland's monthly First Friday Art Walk. Co-owner
and resident artist, Bonnie Faulkner, will be on the premises to share, talk about and sell her fused glass jewelry and glass mandalas. The art walk is from 5-8pm.
Saturday, June 8th is a special event at Portland's City Hall to kick of The Old Port Festival.
http://www.portlandmaine.com/cornerstone-events/paintscaping/ is coming to town and will be presenting light shows on the facade of city hall every 20 minutes from 8:30-10pm.
White Cap Grille will have a special menu on hand that night to kick off the light show.
Sunday, June 9th is The Old Port Festival. We'll be open and ready to seat you on our newly installed Middle Street Outside Bar, on our Market Street Portico, or inside at a table to watch the world go by! We are located on the corner of Middle and Market Streets, perfect for watching the festival activities!
As always, great food, local beer and a staff that is eager to make your dining experience a memorable one!
